We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and our fees are not contingent on whether a leak is identified.
3. General Refund Policy
As a general rule:
All services are non-refundable once carried out
Charges apply regardless of outcome
This reflects the nature of diagnostic services, where value is delivered through professional assessment, investigation, and reporting.
4. Limited Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
4.1 Service Not Delivered
Where a booked service was not carried out due to our fault
4.2 Material Service Failure
Where there is a clear and demonstrable failure to deliver the agreed service
All refund requests must be supported by appropriate evidence.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in circumstances including (but not limited to):
No leak is identified
The issue is intermittent or not detectable at the time of inspection
The client disagrees with the findings or conclusions
A third party provides a differing opinion
Insurance claims are denied or disputed
Access limitations prevented full inspection
Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the client
Further work is required following diagnosis
6. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable where cancellations are made without reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to retain deposits to cover scheduling, time allocation, and loss of business.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge and/or loss of deposit.
8. Timeframe for Requests
Any refund request must be submitted:
Within 7 days of the service date
Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.
